Return Policy

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT

Membership cancellations received within 3 days of joining may be eligible to receive a full refund less a twenty five percent service fee. Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All benefits of physical or digital format received by member organization must be cancelled/returned. All refund requests must be made by the primary contact or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the member, card holder, and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.The above policies apply to all memberships unless otherwise noted in membership materials.

TRAVEL REFUND POLICY

While we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance on all purchases: Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for travelers who choose to cancel or change their travel itinerary for any reason under the 60 day prior to travel dates. Cancellations will be accepted if received 60 days prior to travel in writing or via email at info@10speedpromotions.com and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline (see above). All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the member, all travel attendee's and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment minus any and all fees incurred. Travel that is booked on our website using a third party booking vendor, is subject to the third parties refund guidelines. These above policies apply to all members. Please read all individual materials thoroughly for any specific policies.

AFFILIATE REFUND POLICY

New Sign Up Cancellation- Affiliate Membership Program cancellations received within 3 days of joining may be eligible to receive a full refund less a ten percent service fee. Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received within 3 days of the purchase date.All refund requests must be made by the primary contact or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the member, card holder, and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Active Affiliate Members - You may cancel your affiliate membership with a 30 day notice. Commissions will only be paid to active members. Commissions that would be due after your non active period / cancelled months will be forfeited.
